• Abaya For You reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• Product availability, pricing, offers, and other information may be changed at any time.

• We make every effort to display accurate product images, colours, descriptions, and sizes.
• Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and differences in individual screen settings.
• Minor variations in embroidery, fabric texture, or finishing may occur because products are manufactured and finished individually.
• Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

• All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Any applicable offers or discounts are subject to their respective terms and validity.
• Orders may be cancelled by Abaya For You if there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
• An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully verified and accepted by Abaya For You.
• We may contact you to verify order details, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.
• Orders with incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information may be cancelled.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Customers must provide a valid and reachable phone number.
• Customers are expected to accept the order at the provided delivery address.
• Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

• Orders are dispatched after successful order confirmation and processing.
• Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, operational delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
• Abaya For You is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, phone number, and PIN code.
• Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.

Replacement requests are governed by our Replacement Policy.

• Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
• Size replacement is available only for a smaller size than the size originally ordered.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Replacement requests that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected.
• The replacement process may take approximately 15–18 days to complete and deliver the replacement abaya.

• Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
• Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Abaya For You reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational reasons.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate name, phone number, address, and PIN code.
• Providing the correct size while placing the order.
• Checking product details and the size chart before ordering.
• Being available or making necessary arrangements to receive the parcel.
• Following the care and washing instructions provided with the product.
